Cigarros brilhando no escuro.
Dançando, como vagalumes.
Podíamos ver as luzes da cidade
Longe... bem abaixo.
E fomos vendo o mundo passar
Sonhando com o amor que conheciamos.
E tudo parece tão, tão (muito) longe
E tão muito, muito tempo atrás.
E quando penso nisso,
Eu às vezes sinto que crescer significa perder amigos.
Gravadas as iniciais,
Sobre a vedação do antigo adro.
Desde tempos há muitos desgastes e rasgos.
Mas todos os rostos mantêm-se.
Lembro-me da garota,
e como foi seu beijo.
E o olhar do meu pai
Quando costumava tropeçar.
