Há muitos anos atrás. em uma noite profunda de inverno.
No alto do céu, uma estrela reluziu seu brilho
um instante na manjedoura, um pequenino bebe repousou.
docemente adormecido, sobre uma cama de palha.
Jesus nosso senhor, era aquele bebê tão miúdo.
Deitado adormeceu, em um humilde estábulo.
Veio-lhe a estrela, e ela esperou a sua cabeça erguer.
derramando sua luz em torno da sau cabecinha
Estimado bebê Jesus,como tú és pequenino.
Eu farei uma morada, para ti em meu coração.
E quando a estrela, no Céu eu avistava.
Eternamente distante, eu pensava em ti.
