"Você nunca vencerá"
Mas a voz de Deus me conta uma diferente história
A Voz de Deus diz: "Não tenha medo"
E a Voz de Deus diz: "Isto é para minha Glória"
De todas as vozes que me falam
Eu escolherei obedecer e acreditar na Voz de Deus
Oh, que eu farei para ter
O tipo de força necessária para sustentar-me diante de um gigante
Com apenas um estilingue e uma pedra
Cercado pelo som de mil soldados
Sacudindo suas armaduras
Desejando que eles tivessem a força para agüentar firme
Mas o gigante grita meu nome
E ri de mim
Lembrando-me de todas as vezes
Que eu tentei antes e falhei
Os gigantes continuam dizendo-me

Mas a pedra era exatamente do tamanho certo
Para colocar o gigante do chão
E as ondas elas não parecem tão altas
Olhando de cima delas para baixo
Vou voar com asas de Águia
Quando eu parar e escutar o som da voz de Jesus
Me chamando
Eu escolherei escutar e acreditar na Voz de Deus

But the waves are calling out my name

But the voice of truth tells me a different story
The voice of truth says, "Do not be afraid!"
The voice of truth says, "This is for My glory"
Out of all the voices calling out to me
I will choose to listen and believe the voice of truth

The kind of strength it takes to stand before a giant
With just a sling and a stone
Surrounded by the sound of a thousand warriors
Shaking in their armor
Wishing they'd have had the strength to stand
But the giant's calling out my name
And he laughs at me
Reminding me of all the times

But the stone was just the right size
To put the giant on the ground
And the waves they don't seem so high
