Enquanto o sol se retira no horizonte distante
E nossos corações palpitam ansiosamente
Porque em breve iremos nos estender em supinação

Subconsciente enquanto estamos dormindo
Se aproxima uma massa de vozes obsediantes se dilatando incessantemente
Ressonando, gritos de vítimas esquecidas e seus prantos inocentes
E o desesperado apelo por reconhecimento e recompensa
Pequenas vozes, ecos dos nossos antepassados
Nossos rostos pálidos e tristes se viram para o outro lado,

Porque nós negamos que elas têm algo a dizer
E se nós não as confrontarmos elas nunca irão embora
As bilhões de minúsculas partículas de brasa se apagam no céu da manhã
Coberto de uma maravilha intensa e sombria

subconscious minds when we're asleep,
comes a haunting swelling mass of voices,
resonating, its screams of forgotten victims and the cries ofinnocence,
and the desperate plea for recognition and recompense
tiny voices, echoes of our heritage,
our long and sallow faces turn the other way,
tiny voices, harbored deep within
as we outwardly deny that they have something to say,
and if we don't confront them they will never go away
the billions of tiny pinhole embers fade into a morning sky
filled with poignant morose wonder,
waking a bear a cosmetic peace that verifies the turmoil
That we carry deep inside.
